Hair Preparation:

We prefer stretched, clean, dry, and detangled hair in order to make braiding easier. You may use oils, but only on the mid-shaft and the ends, not the roots.


Grace period and booking:

We offer a twenty-minute grace period. After that we may have to bump your style up to the next size if necessary to complete your braid style in the allotted time that you booked. You pay for the time slot and not necessarily your braid style.


Add-ons:

Please select any add-ons you would like to add to your service. Add-ons include adding length, the finish at the ends of your braids, adding boho pieces, adding beads, etc. You may click the "Continue" button if you do not want any add-ons.


Deposit:

We require a $25 deposit ($25 more for add-ons $50 or over) to book your service for all new clients. All deposits are subtracted from the final balance.


Loyalty points:

You earn loyalty points every time you book with us! You can partially or fully redeem your points once you have accumulated enough points for your desired discount amount.


Filming policy:

We film and photograph our clients for our portfolio. Thank you for being a team sport! To show our gratitude, we offer loyalty points for your cooperation.

If you agree to film your full face (we film at any angel) you get 35 loyalty points.

If you do not agree to show your face (we film at angles meant to hide your face) we give you 10 loyalty points.


Important hair information:

Blunt ends tend to stick out of the braid or twist. Short, fine, and/or thin hair may experience braids slipping. We will do our best to braid your hair, but please keep this in mind before booking. Your hair must be at least 2 inches long to get braids, but you must book the smallest size available and add extensions. You will need 4 inches of length to book medium braid styles and large braid styles. Let us know if you have any allergies or special requests.


Cancellation:

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Once you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded automatically. Any time after 24 hours, and your deposit will be forfeited.


Payments:

We accept Zelle, Cash, Cash app, Venmo, debit or credit.
